Yes, because we know how much finger cancer has been killing people.
Look, this stuff can regrow limbs, yes? So if you get cancer... cut the damn thing off, call a mulligan, and grow it again. |
I can imagine them actually using it for cancer on limbs ;3 sounds coo'
|
Cool, so I can start smoking now. By the time I have cancer they'll be able to regrow me a lung!
Hmm, I wonder what other recklace and stupid things I could get into... |
Amazing, hopefully this particular field of science will blossom rapidly so that regeneration of more severe damage can be performed. Be on the look out for hippies and other anti-science folks, they will always find a reason to protest scientific developments because it gives them sick pleasure.

I think the part about the cancer was for where they try to regenerate tissue where cancer once was, such as in the esophagus example they had. I don't think you'll just grow cancerous tissue if you've never had it before just because you use the power. I could be wrong though.

I remember correctly, cancer is basically a grouping of cells growing with random DNA and no "stop" message ever being issued to them. Correct? Is that not why tumors can have finger nails and hair in them? I don't know if it works this way, but so long as the body knows when to stop you should be fine. If it doesn't it would be a ver localized process. If you're regrowing your arm and it doesn't stop, then they just work on your arm. The problem comes into play when you're trying to regrow internal organs and they don't stop, then you need invasive surgery again. it's interesting non the less. |
