FF League
 

Let's say that someone is willing to make a FF league. Would you be willing to play in it?

If not, say why.

Also, what kind of league would you want? ADL, CTF 4v4, CTF 5v5, CTF 8v8 etc.

i voted yes for CTF because lets face it, 4v4 ctf is about all we are going to have enough people to play in.. adl needs atleast 6 players per team and i just dont think that would work with the amount of players we have playing the game lawl

we had problems just doing a 4v league, lol.

If we had a SOLID 10-12 teams, yea, it'd be fun.

I played in the FF league the first time around. I would gladly do it again, as it was almost always a good time.

Already 12 people have voted for having a league. If its 4v4, that's 3 teams already, and Im sure alot of people who are willing to play haven't seen this thread. If like 6+ teams join, a league could probably be started.

people are willing, but practicalities fail. People like the idea but don't dedicate the time required to get all the members of both teams present when required (myself included in that category).

I'm sure there are several ff players out there, that would be interested but don't read this board.

in AUS but love to play, pretty sure ping = ruled out though

I'd always be up for a league. Though I wouldn't rely on UGC or anything exterior to the game. Perhaps if the actual Dev's made the FF League it's own thing, then perhaps players would have a little more interest.

It would be interesting to see a league again. I agree that UGC league had some major flaws, I would know I was a admin in it for a short time :rolleyes:. Maybe if we made it interesting with a few prizes the turn out would be better, just a thought.

Why are the Devs responsible for this? Dont you think they should be focusing their efforts on bettering the game itself rather than a league?

im pretty sure i read somewhere on here that they were wondering if we wanted to start a league. they have a nice cookiecutter style website that ff would fit nicely into.

unfortunately it's wishful thinking to think that we have enough players. the euro scene is all but alive and well, playing only 1 failed pickup in the last 2 months. :( and the US scene would be right there with them if it wasnt for me being a pain in the ass and bugging everyone all the time to add. :(
