I was just telling my son, the other day, that I miss watching DBZ on Toonami with him in the evenings. I hope the movie doesn't suck. There's no Uwe Boll so it has "some" chance not to fail...

And why it won't involve ridiculous shouting and twitching, no Saiyans of any sort (Goku's just a monkeyboy as far as we're concerned)... it will more likely be as humorous as it is action-y.

DBZ was an anime before people started to embrace fillers. There are few fillers in DBZ and the result is those episodes of grunting and moaning. I enjoyed DBZ growing up, I'm not ashamed of it either.

Speaking of filler episodes if the movie stays true to the American version of the show then it will be a 15 minute long episode stuffed with over an our of grunting and eye zooms to fill it in.
