This happened to us quite a few times while playing openfire on the Talos server yesterday. When pipes were laid while the security was down, and the security came back up, the grate gets stuck and leaves almost enough space to duck underneath it to grab the flag. When security goes down again, the grate remains stuck.
It stays stuck until the pipes blow up. Maybe make it so pipes are transparent to the grate so it passes through them?
