GL, use both. I have not seen much chatter as to how a potential payload will be delivered. Hopefully this is a false alarm but this one is as ugly as I've seen in a while.

I'm gonna guess its gonna be a worm checking out ports 135-139, and of course, 445. This...is gonna hurt. A lot. Which means more work for me. Dammit.

Nothing out yet. Supposedly MS is evaluating the "Proof of Concept" and will issue an advisory bulletin and an early workaround if needed...
Translation: We get to manually adjust Win2K machines until MS get's around to producing a patch...
