I've yet to even find it on a CSS server.

schitt youtube it. whip out sound recorder. set you stereo mix as your recording device. hit record. hit play. crop. adjust. save. enjWTFBOOOOOMOOMOOOMOOMMOooYouCouOUouCH

I found it in its original source: YTMND. As of now, the sounds are being cut to sync with the detpack. Though, for some reason, the only way to hear it is if you're really close to the detpack.

How about uploading the sound to a place like http://www.savefile.com and sharing it with the rest of the community? I'm sure more than a few people here would like to have it.

As of now, I've only edited the explosion. A beta of the sounds will be released once all the detpack sounds (except for building/defusing) are replaced.

Those sounds weren't made to replace anything. If you know how to cut up the sounds, you can make your own replacement.
