de_substation release party

[Nezumi]

Well, it took a long long LONG LONG LONG time but de_substation is finally done. This map, for CS:S, obviously, was made by myself and Superjer. He had made de_contra, but people were complaining that it was too big, despite being smaller than mill. So to show everyone what a small map really was, we designed and built de_substation. The map is designed for competitive play though, so it's not ridiculous.
