Just one question: how the fuck do you know at what percentage the map is? You know, the final art is almost never how the artist initially intended it to be.

You really never have no idea how long you'll spend on Brushwork, Detail, Optimization, Lights, Entities, etc. Some could take a day, some a year. It's all circumstancial. It really is just a guess based off previous work time, comparisons, and so on. Although you still end up completely wrong usually anyways.

Yeeah i get that, so far my map has been redesigned about 34 times so its totally unrecognisable now compared to what it was.
