Tonight's first Monday Night Fights was a sucess. Hopefully next Monday we can bring in some more people if interested.

The results are as followed, first through third place.

1st Place : Hoopajoo
2nd Place : Skillet
3rd Place : Icculus

The rounds ended up like this :

Skillet vs Icculus :

Icculus started off strong, very strong. He was leading 4 - 0 at the beginning of the match. Then the tide started to turn when Skillet took a more aggressive approach and started getting kills. Round ended up 10 - 4 Skillet wins.

Skillet vs Hoopajoo

This was an interesting match. Hoopajoo a made man and former member of Goodfellas came on strong, quickly taking the lead with precision rockets and well placed grenades. He took an early 2 - 0 lead. Then Skillet took a more aggressive approach and evened it out a 2 - 2. Back and fourth it went till Hoopajoo got in a groove and at 6 - 8 was dominating Skillet. Hoopajoo won the round 10 - 6.

Thank you to the men who came out to play the first Monday Night Fights. It was fun and great talk. All talk is enabled so it is a fun and friendly environment to all those interested in coming next week.

The teams looked unfair. Why did Skynet just spectate instead of helping Hoopajoo?

I was just watching on top of the map, they are fighting down below one vs one. Skynet is Half life TV.

sorry to hear that mate. I bet the problem is only a handful of people actually knew about it. don't think more than 20 people read this board and probably only 10 of them are actually active.

Agreed, but is this limited to just that ff_mulch map? I personally like the other one that's floating around that reminds me of the original from tfc.
