Hit sound? (First post)

Is it possible to make a mod where it picks up on when i hit someone and how much DMG I do?

Like in the top right it has a Traq symbol then a space then like 5 DMG. That way I know how much better my aim is getting and how close I was when I died or something.

Maybe a over all DMG taken and given indicator in the TAB menu.

A few other games that I play have this feature including Cube 2 Saur and TF2 (although ive pretty much replaced TF2 with FF by now.. :P)

(PS I want to submit this as a requested feature or maybe a suggestion but this is the closest place I know to post in.)
