[obsolete] Which servers can I join?

Because of some limitations to how the server browser works, the Steam version will currently list both 2.46 servers and servers running the Steam version (you'll get an error when trying to connect to 2.46 servers). This thread will list the servers that are running the Steam version so that it's easier to find them:

64.74.97.32:27052 (Fortress Forever Beta Server - Windows)
144.76.51.10:27115 ([TFC-R.org] Fortress Forever Beta Server)

Let me know if you start a dedicated server and I'll add it to the list.
