Portal + FF = problem?

I have source SDK and fortress forever but the only other source game I have (that isn't a mod) is portal. Will this stop me from making good maps?

It looks like that's the Source SDK 2007 (Orange Box) Hammer, which FF is NOT using yet.

Aha no. it has engine as orange box. I'll try but I don't have half life so I might no be able to set it up like that (reverting to my original point)

Try clicking "Reset Game Configurations" in the Source SDK.

Nope. Not working. Maybe I should just buy the rest of the orange box. (by the way I created the mod by opening portal SDK and changing it from there as per the tutorial)
