my Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 give me a warning, when i started the first time the new version.

What are you checking by your "check.php" file?

How to disable your call home software?

Valve is a compay, but the holder from www.fortress-forever.com is only one boy from London, ENGLAND.

I will not argue about whether it is in order.
Give me just a way to remove or disable.

No Interleaving, here's what you've got and what it does.

Check.php is triggered by Fortress Forever when the game loads. It compares your version of Fortress Forever to the most recent update made available. If the update is newer, then it informs you of this with a page in the main menu telling you that it's time to update.

If it does get your IP as a part of sending the information, I assure you that information is not saved. The checks are, essentially, anonymous.

If you wish, you can simply have check.php blocked. It will not stop you from playing the game, but it will stop you from receiving in-game notification of a new version.

I will only to be alive with the clear computer system.

I know not much about the Dev. Team of Fortress Forever.
Valve is a big company, so i am sure they are do not bad thing the our information.

I know the young man in London he is the holder from the FF webpage.
Although I know his phone number but it makes me not really, because I did not know what to do with our data can or will.

Therefore, I trust your words, with these data nothing happens.
Everyone knows there's "XP Anti-Spy" - even if Microsoft does not harm its customers.

Is there a simple way to halt this request for the updates?
Not everyone has a firewall on the computer, but a router firewall.
