Crossover Icebergs?
When I saw your crossover models I was amazed quite frankly. I thought the snow was an Excellent touch and then I thought that you might oughta just consider puttin a few decorative/interactive Icebergs or things in the pool in-between the 2 forts.
thanks for readin it I hope you consider my request/idea! |

Yeh I have been thinking about this... I was also thinking of some walls of ice for detpacks to blow apart.
We'll see if its feasible... |

In the current co2 there is that part of the rock u blow up, say that that part of the map was a mountain with snow on it covering the use of that "cave" that leads from bridge (dunno if the design layout alows for this in new version ) terefore the detpack is used to blow away the ice covering over the cave instead of in the TFC version where the explosion completes the cave. dunno if that makes any sense??? if not let me know i'll try to explain |

Hey some ice in the water would look pretty cool, floating like those barrels in the sewer levels.

#1 Might wan't to add a damage zone to the water as well. You know like in HL1 when you walked through the freezer room you got cold-damage and saw a little snowflake symbol on your left hud. I mean the water should be below zero degrees right in such an environment? #2 Add some physics controlled breakable iceplatforms as well, could be modeled in 3D-software and breakable into smaller parts, larger pieces could be walked upon but with low friction |

Yes to ice!
No to "cold" damage. Yes to detpack icewalls! And you could close the holes with another detpack and this could be explained by saying more "snow" or "ice" fell down on top of it....maybe that is too drastic. |

It could be like the iceberg in the water in Vidar2... It moves around in the water, but can't get out of it.

I think some old lead piping would look pretty sweet in this map. Icebergs in the water could be a nice touch, too; especially if they're destructable.

Adding damage to the water would completely break the map. No one would ever take water, as by the time you got to the enemy base you'd be mostly dead due to drown damage and freezing damage.
