Mic doesn't work in Source games

My mic doesn't work in Source games (or TFC for that matter)... or Windows Sound Recorder.

But it works just fine in Teamspeak.

Things I've already tried:

1) Unplugging / replugging mic (it's USB)
2) Restarting my comp
3) Playing TFC/Source games with Teamspeak closed

So basically... it only works in Teamspeak I guess, but nothing else. /=

Anyone have any idea as to what I can do here? >:

Have you checked the SOUNDS AND AUDIO DEVICES in the Control Panel to see what device is selected? It's in the VOICE tab.

Yes, I figured it out. Turns out Steam had the sound set insanely low by default for some reason. So, it's fixed.

And yes, I already checked that Innoc. Thanks for the help nonetheless though lol.
