Windows CONSPIRACY!!
So do this :O , It`s weird....
1.) Open an empty notepad file 2.) Type "Bush hid the facts" (without the quotes) 3.) Save it as whatever you want. 4.) Close it, and re-open it. |

How to break Windows Notepad
Exercise of the day By: Nick Ferrell, Thursday 15 June 2006, 08:50 A blogger over at Wincustomise has discovered a way to break Windows Notepad. It does not kill your machine or anything, but is light hearted entertainment for a Thursday morning. What you do is open up Notepad, type in "this app can break" and save it to your hard drive. Close Notepad and, when you open the saved file by double clicking it, Notepad will be unable to translate the file and spits out a random collection of characters. According to another bog here, it is all to do with a limitation in Windows. Text files containing Unicode UTF-16-encoded Unicode are supposed to start with a "Byte-Order Mark" (BOM), which is a two-byte flag that tells a reader how the following UTF-16 data is encoded. If it isn't there then the file cannot play properly. |

Basically it's anything that follows the pattern of 4 letters 3 letters 3 letters 5 letters.'
Edit: NVM Edit 2: No I'm right. It just all has to be lower case. |

bumr ina min seczor the following phraze doesn't translate into boxes, as you said 4,3,3,5 would. Neither does aaaa bbb ccc ddddd. Wierd though.
Nevermind, you have to delete the origional file, resaving over the old one will give you the correct text. |

I didn't get boxes or questionmarks. Even the forum displays them as Chinese symbols.
EDIT: When I translated the symbols in google translator I got: 慡 慡 drawing less progress along daub 摤 摤 It didn't translate the first and the last two symbols. |

If you have the Chinese language pack installed, you'll see Chinese. Otherwise it looks like boxes or question marks.
