Don't worry, I'm excited about trimping as well... And being able to bunnyhop with around 900 is enough to satisfy me as well ^_^

Or just download Quake. That's how I found out about it.

Exactly, i hope FF is not a let down for little reasons like that. i don't like Quake TF ,but anyway. I hope that FF is no different to Team fortress classic apart from the graphics. No changes otherwise I'd be very disappointed. |

Regarding the BH it self, the timing should be easyer than in TFC since as it is now in TFC, it's close to impossible to time it right on many machines/connections, it shouldn't toooo easy, there should be some sort of timing, but it shouldn't be as importent as it is in TFC, imo ofcourse. |

Prepare to be disappointed, as it's already been said THOUSANDS OF TIMES that there will be some changes. Some major, some minor. But this is NOT TFC with better graphics. Never has been, never will be.
Edit: Whoa, is there an echo in here? Edit 2: As for the timing, it's going to be Quake-style: hold jump before landing and it jumps for you.

I see OK! not had much time to read the most important threads.
I'll just have to see what i think when I've played FF, as Quake has never been to my taste. My edit to Circuitous edit Quote:

It doesn't speed you up, it just takes away the mwheel rape. You still have to gain all the speed yourself.

yeah the whole idea of scrolling a wheel every jump to bhop is pretty crap. i've already changed to a +jump, etc spam script/alias, partially in anticipation of FF. it's much more comfortable ^_^
