I've had that happen to me a good number of times. I think it happens when somebody who is shooting flames changes classes. You've probably noticed crowbars in the middle of Ofire when spectators switch to a team.

Is there a way to remove the weapon selection hud when doing quick switch? Certainly would have made this video more pleasurable to watch.
