Grouping Faces?

Is it possible to group texture faces in Hammer? Like grouping objects, except texture faces instead... I've always wanted to do it, but I don't know if there is a way.

No, I believe VisGroups are used for making groups of objects/brushes visible/invisible while I am interested in just grouping faces and not entire brushes.

you can "treat them as one", but that is as good as it gets I think.
