Steam haven't advertised FF, and they should, i think i read an interview somewhere saying that they would. And theres the fact they done it for a lot of other mods.

What really sucked for me was that I just started playing FF last winter.

Back then, my former laptop didn't have the power to run HL2. I would have rather played FF along with WoW instead of JUST that game.

Yes, I've been there, from '05 to '07, with that "addiction", but that's another story.

But now that I have FF, video games wouldn't have to be so boring now. It's great to have variety, which is indeed the spice of video gaming life, which does not compare to having your entire life, video gaming or otherwise, drained away by one MMO.

Yep, sorry about the late arrival, but it's good to be back in the TF biz

Why should they advertise it? They said "maybe we'll slip it into our next friday news" Notice the word maybe? Yeah, good. But honestly, why would they advertise it? They have the same exact game in an older engine and TF2 came out with FF, so why advertise the "competition" per say? And just because they advertised other mods doesn't mean every mod that thinks they're the best gets put on the Friday update. Sure it would have been nice to have it in the news, but it really wouldn't have done much...

The FF Dev team and Valve are cool with each other thats why. They were going to do a steam news update but the Dev team told them to hold up for a while. I'm pretty sure 2.1 will be the one

its not 'competetion' when people have to buy a source game to get the source sdk, which is required to play FF.
So, in theory, FF is supporting Valve.
