Community Map Server

The FF Community Map server will be down for a few days. Our old server was unfortunately shutdown before we could get our new server up and running. (disagreement between our service provider and their old reseller who's pissed they quit using them) When the server is up and running again I'll let you all know. Sorry for the inconvience.

I did sometimes, Brandon was on there quite a bit. It seemed more of a tool than a gameplay server, since FF will out not yet. I just hope Scuzzy isn't wasting too much of his own money if its not getting too much traffic. Maybe decrease the player size? Save you some green.

I actually hadn't logged into the server in over two months, but I did see comments and traffic. I haven't gotten very many map update requests in the last month or two either, so I figured the community mappers were toning down for a while. I didn't make the server for myself, I made it for those of you who were interested.

If you guys don't need it, I won't bother recreating it... but it's your call.

It isn't a waste of money for us, it doesn't cost us anything to run that server, we've always just rented an entire box. Our new server is a dual 3 gig dedicated machine in Chicago, which will be nice.
