Played more or less 2 years in a clan, and mostly enjoyed them, but been playing publics since we decided to stop playing. (well over a year and a half now)

When I still played....Public clan servers all the way. Lamers never lasted long there.

There's only one popular clan style server in tfc and you only get an hour or two a day in match play/prac. I play both, probably publics more.

when i first started playing tfc i played in nothing but pubs, then when i joined a clan i played in nothing but clan server for about 2 years. and now ive been playing tfc for about 2 weeks again and am really shite at it i am playing in pubs again as sniper and its like i am playing it afresh for the first time. but i would say overall i have played more often than not on a clan server so thats what i voted for.

i was offered many many times but never had the time..
hopefully FF will play as good as it looks... maybe i will accept an invitation this time..

2 and a half years ago I used to play clan style, but now I play on public servers. Soon I will start playing on clan style servers when i get a better computer (1 month - £2000 on a computer

)...

5 - 20fps... Not a disability but it does hinder game play a lot.

Mainly just play clan matches and then on our server 3v3 and such with you guessed it the rest of the clan.

Public play sux imo, no team atmosphere and bugger all coms gets me down. Clan style although a pain in the ass for new peeps is by far away a more free flowing game where offy actually gets to go for the flag and def defend it rather than a free for all in the midmap. :E

My instinct is that, even today, there are at least as many pub players out there as clanners - and prob'ly way more.

I know I put in atleast 2-3 hours a day. I just pub. Mostly on the same server too.

Just pubs for me, thats the way it always has been. Just like to let my leet sentry do all the work while I sit back and smoke up another fat cuban. Then I like to chill out and watch porn on my new 64bit supply station with hyperthreading and sli configuration.

All depends what you get out of it I guess. Get a good group of players on a server and it's a blast, or on the flip-side it's frustrating. I take the good with the bad myself and am happy most games are the former
