yes its free. as far as pc specs give us your specs and we will tell you if your able to play this.

It's free as long as you have the Source SDK which you can get from any paid Source game (ie the ATi HL2: DM and HL2: Lost Coast won't work).

If you are able to play HL2, you can play this. Which is good, cause you need HL2 >.>
