Problem joining any servers

All other HL2 mods work fine, but with FF it gets to the "sending client info.."
and then goes no further, I have to cancel out.
any ideas ? I want to play!!

How long did you wait? It can take up to a few minutes sometimes, and if the map changes while you load it can take significantly longer.

Same here...
I press cancel, and try to rejoin, and when you do that it says your steamid is already in use on that server, so you have to wait untill you timout, (120 sec)
Then u can finaly join, I have this problem at all HL2 games.

Its definately not working right, it gets stuck at the same place. Waiting no length of time seems to help...
