Screen goes out beyond monitor?

The left and right sides of my HUD (and any messages sent) appear beyond the borders of my monitor. I can't tell who's talking in the chat and am presumably missing action on the borders of my screen. Is this a POV thing?

What resolution? Make sure you aren't in widescreen mode.

The kill icons sometimes not showing up is a different issue altogether, and is a bug that happens intermittently. However, he's also talking about his chat being off-screen, which is not related.

That happens to me sometimes after changing resolutions. If you have an "auto correct" or "auto align" button on your monitor press that and it should fix it. If not you can manually stretch and shorten the picture thru monitor controls.

It's not in widescreen mode. Normal ratio. It's just...wider than my monitor. :/

Found the problem: Changed to 16:10 (Widescreen) settings and upped my resolution. Everything fits now.
