Issues with some LUAs

I am a general idiot, so please don't flame me too much on this.

Anywho -

I have a server (Trailer's Park of Rage) that we have going as a pub, with hlstatsxCE and also running as a pickup server with squeeks ff.pickup cfg. Ton of map files, along with their LUAs. All the names match up with the maps, as well as having all the materials, etc.

My problem is - on MOST of the skill maps, the LUAs don't seem to be picking up correctly. I've installed everything as it extracts into the server and our website for map downloads - but it just doesn't seem to read correctly.

Using NFO Servers out of Atlanta, not sure if that matters, but throwing it out there anyway.

If anyone can shed some light on what settings I need to check, or enable something - I'd greatly appreciate any help at this point.

Check the server log on map load and see what it says about [SCRIPT] loading.

Or install the maps on your computer and run a local server and see if the Lua loads (and check the console for [SCRIPT] stuff on map load if it doesn't).

If there are no errors when the Lua is loading on your local server, then something is wrong. Other than that, it'd be specific to the error (missing lua/include or a syntax error).

On my local it says:

[SCRIPT] File maps\maps\trimp_trainingz_b2.lua not found! Loaded fallback lua maps/default.lua

[SCRIPT] File maps\maps\bhop_theonlyone.lua not found! Loaded fallback lua maps/default.lua

When I connect to Pure's Skill server - everything loads fine.

Then you need the Lua files. How'd you download the maps?

zips and whatnot... they are in the maps folder, but not a maps/maps/*.* folder. I guess I need to make a folder and move all the LUAs?

Hmm.. didn't notice that. Might be a bug. They should not need to be in a maps/maps/ directory. I'll look into it.

EDIT: Dumb question, but I have to ask it: the .bsps are in FortressForever/maps/, correct?

Still not sure about the maps/maps thing.

Alright. I won't be able to check the code for a while. Try putting one of those Lua's in a maps/maps/ folder and see if it loads. If it does, then I guess use that as a workaround until it's fixed.

EDIT: Haha, no worries. Let me know if stuffs still broken.

The maps\maps\ thing is just a typo and will be fixed next patch. It loads from FortressForever/maps/.
