The spy doesn't "sabotage" in the same way. They knock out the sentry.

And no, they don't gain disguises from backstabs. (In the vid)

Oh and the capture point system in the game has been used in pretty much every capture point game recently. BF2, Battlefront 2, even WoW:BC's pvp jumped on the wagon.

Not the same kind of sabotage. There was a team mate standing there, and it didn't shoot at him. It was simply a fancy "SG bomb".

The spy doesn't take on disguises from backstabbing either. What was shown in the video was him losing his disguise.. Anyway it'd be awesome if TF2 was released early!
