BSP Tool by botman

for those who knows the program (or if u dont go http://www.planethalflife.com/botman/bsp_tool.shtml)

I want to get it to work with steam, if I can get it to work... I can look at some of the old TFC maps and remake them, instead of using a program to convert from bsp to map and editing it...

anyway I tried edit the bsp_view.cfg to the following


// Half-Life directory
$halflife_dir C:\games\Steam\SteamApps\(email here)\half-life

// Half-Life directory
$halflife_dir C:\games\Steam\SteamApps\(email here)

// Half-Life directory
$halflife_dir C:\games\Steam\SteamApps\(email here)\half-life\valve


^all dont work

can someone help me with this? if I can view it using this great tool, I will be able to make great remakes, I am sure this will help a lot of u too
