It was originally estimated for roughly some point just before or not long after after Vista , so sometime soon maybe.

Microsoft web site says they will be looking for a spring 2007 release.
But this could be anytime as 3 will be higher on there list of priorities.

It's better longer than sooner, the developers might be rushed into a early release so resulting in flawed game.

Ugh, I despise these pre-rendered "trailers" that don't show any of the actual game. Also, could they possibly have ripped off Predator any more for the bad guys? I mean give me a break, they should get FOXed for that lol.

I think it really spoils the game showing too much and incomplete work. By the time it's out you'll be bored of it and it won't seem like anything new.

Yeah, I played some of Halo 1 and wasn't impressed. The multiplayer was really banal. I kept begging my friends to go back to Goldeneye

I'm not sure if you were being sarcastic or not Jinx but Halo is only good on the console, it falls flat on PC. Goldeneye was awesome back in the day though, remember playing it back in grade school (~9 years ago) but nothing beats Doom II co-op, crazy fun.

You've got that backwards Agret. Halo is only good on the PC. As PC gamers, I'm sure we all understand that an FPS can only truly be played on the PC.

The Halo SP is really fun and realy easy on any but the hardest difficulty on the PC. The multiplayer is crap any way you slice it. It's one of those games I play through every now and then, especially since it's kinda short too. The cinematic storytelling works far better than for most games that try it, and the music roxors. If you're not too hung up on graphics it's probably worth your time to play it.

DESPITE THE FACT THAT THOSE MOTHERFUCKERS TOOK CO-OP OUT OF THE PC VERSION

If Halo2 doesn't have co-op on the PC I swear I'm gonna wind up in jail for what I do.

age of empires 2 hit the ps2 in japan :O
bungie...bungie....bungie....or microsoft? whoevers making halo wars, make it to pc!
and i doubt any halo game now is going to have co-op, they basicly killed it for halo

With a gamepad you would have a million key strokes >.<
