Why use google when the FF site should just link to all things FF like they said way back... They could make a page on their site with links to custom maps

Let's assume now that no one is using the ff_ prefix.

You go to Google and type hwguyz.bsp

what's gonna come up, ya think?

Will it be the 100+ already-indexed sites carrying and discussing the TFC version?

Or will it be the one or two FF sites carrying the new one?

Well technically, <mapname> isn't broke! But I agree, the ff_ prefix would help a lot when it comes to map searching.
