How do I make sure that FF..........

I've made an installer that also includes an uninstaller. It only leaves one .ico file in a super secrete location.

It's not uploaded yet.

I needed to wipe it totally off and reinstall the 1.11 full and that resolved my issue this time. It helps to start back from scratch once I know where scratch is in which I do now. Now to the attention whoring. I do not see how I am attention whoring when I am trying to bring past members of TFC back to this new mod by making it as easy as possible for them. Not everyone is trully technical and I am looking to make this as easy as possible for them. You may see it as attention whoring but I see it as bringing issues outward to the forefront so that anyone else who is having the same problem can get the best resolve. I am not pointing fingers or screaming but there are allot of players out there hitting these walls and they stop there without proceeding further. I am trying to coerce these players with a carrot letting them know that they can make it over.

Mr. Beefy, Long time no talk too. I am guessing that this is by your choice since I have been around the forums from what people tell me. I may not be everyones favorite or what they would call the "Model Forumnite" but I feel my banter is none the less important. Let me say by that I have no control over the forum whatsoever nor any admin powers, thus I cannot stop you from deleting my forum account and all posts. I have no say in the matter as you know.

The uninstaller would make it a little easier for all who have messed up the incremental and are wanting to start over with the install again.

I love FF and I will continue to help bring people on as I can. I am just trying to do my best to recruit back old players in which some are taken by awe but are torn between TF2 and FF. It really shouldnt be a choice for old veteran players since FF is the better of the games and a mod at that. The mod is an ugly word for it and I am wondering if it can be distributed at gaming stores for free. That is what I am looking to do next is to get the 1.11 installer burned to a cd with a kickazz FF label and start producing these things for around Chi town to bump up playership. I have already been hitting up older clans and HL2 forums for players so the march is still on.

With the dl page on the web site actually updated now...I would suggest you just direct them there. It has a very nice tutorial that lays out each situation in laymen's terms so that anyone can (should?) be able to figure out which package they need. Although I agree that an uninstaller would be a nice thing to add for people that just want to start fresh!
