[Source SKD] Hammer Won't Open

Hi everyone, I tryed to search for an answer here and google, but I couldn't find anything usefull.

My problem is, that I want to start mapping for source, I have ideas already, but I cant open Hammer Editor. Actually, I can't even open Source SDK Panel. It just won't open. Starts loading and then nothing happens.

I was told to find through google but I've been there for a long time now and I didn't find anyone with the same problem.

Any suggestions? Thanks people.

PD: Plus I have this irritating problem, that many many threads of this forum won't open. My isp is fucked up. so sorry if this is a repost.
