Sentry gun model (low poly)
helo everyone!,
im not so active here but i'm a very dedicated TFC fan and player,i love the game and having both FF and TFC2 on their way to final stages is great!. not so long ago i've started modeling in maya 7.0 and learned to walk the walk pretty nice,(considering that i'm quite of a slow learner) but anyways, today i've sat down on my chair and started modeling a lvl 2 sentry gun, started from legs, base, rotation cylinder, and so on... and here are the results: (kind'a low quality but if you want to check it out from close view i've added a download) download: http://rapidshare.de/files/28457845/...noskin.mb.html comments and guidelines are welcome |

The gun is way undersized.

The base is way too big for the gun, and the fronts of barrels should be flattened. Basically, enlarge the top part, that'll likely help it a LOT.
Good luck, modeling is tough, and don't let people discourage you. |
