Nvidia Direct X 11 cards

I couldn't sleep tonight so I decided to bring up some info for some people that say they have an Nvidia Direct X 11 based video card when the fact is that they don't because Nvidia does not have a direct X 11 card out yet.

Its not expected till December this year at the earliest and more then likely not till next year.

Anyway just as proof of what I am saying here are the stats.

And no, if its made by someone other then Nvidia (like say EVGA, Gigabyte, Palite, XFX or what ever) they do not change it so that the chips on it can run DX11. (just in case someonehas a 3rd party made board)

So if anyone told you the Nvidia card you bought from them is DirectX 11 they flat out lied to you or just didn't know, in either case, You don't have a Direct X 11 Nvidia card because currently there is no such card on the market.

Only ATI has a DX11 based card currently.

ya I'm in the middle of trying to upgrade, and I want to be future ready which is why I want a DX11 card, and like you I prefer ATI based cards as they have never given me a problem.

Some people have tried to tell me I should go Nvidia because they have good driver support and the cards they have are DX11. I keep trying to tell them that there are no Nvidia DX11 cards but they keep saying they have one.
