Spy Tranq not tranqing, & server window resetting

I dont know why but when I use the tranq gun, sometimes when i shoot someone they seem uneffected, its supposed to slow down the player right? when i shoot them they keep fighting with me like as if nothing happened when i am positive I have hit them. could it be from lag that they werent tagged?

also when i go to find server, under the internet tab, the server window looks collapsed

no matter how many times i fix this when i close FF, and repoen it it keeps reseting to the above. is there a fix?

Dunno about your server window, but sometimes, due to the 100ms prediction of the game, you may not be hitting them when you believe you are.
