When a serious lawsuit is filed against you, the first thing the court is gonna do, is freezing your assets. Without access to your $, you can't hire a decent lawyer.

So.

As you accumulate wealth...

make sure you hide your $ properly.

O.J. Simpsons was not concerned about the outcome of his murder lawsuit. Why? The count had no way to get to his $ anyway.
