I've submitted a support ticket to NFO to see if they can fix the issue:

I have one more issue since the new update, my server no longer shows on the Master Sever list. It will appear in the History tab or Favorites if I've saved it, but no longer under the Internet tab. This is both while in-game & out-of-game.
I've done a bit of digging to try to find a solution and I think SRCDS needs to be running the current version in order for the servers to appear on the Master List.
1. Could you check to make sure SRCDS is in fact up-to-date?
2. If it is, please find another way to get my server back on the Master List?
I also know a few other server admins who rent through NFO that are having the same problem.
