Also [o-t] has a bunch of people on it sometimes too. They have a lot of rules about swearing and stuff though, so be forewarned.

Talos usually has people in the afternoon / evenings if you're EST (that's when I notice them, anyway). European pub has them off and on during the day, and I haven't been in o-t enough to get a feel of when people start getting on.
