I'm not quite sure what your asking for, like do you mean just a script that when you press +jump you also duck? if so then it's just:

alias +jumpduck "+jump; +duck"
alias -jumpduck "-jump; -duck"

bind <key> "+jumpduck"

replace <key> with whatever key you want

if that's not what your looking for, lemme know.
