yeah hud_speedometer 1 and to change its position, i opened the up the Hudlayout.res file with notepad (after taht screenshot) and went to the speedometer settings and put this in for the position.
xpos" "530"
"ypos" "350"
"wide" "60"
"tall" "30"
now you get the full numeric display(las number was partially cut off by default.), and its a bit inward and about 1/4 up the screen on the right.
