Okay so.... assuming things are the way they were in QWTF, Yellow is the assassin team in the VIP escort gamemode. Right? And that's about it. Green isn't even utilized in any fashion.

So if it wouldn't be too much trouble for me to ask, I suggest sometime soon that some new gamemodes be though up that use Yellow and Green. The only thing I can think of is how awesome a 4-way king-of-the-hill would be. I'm sure someone else has plenty more ideas.
