I got ahold of WinXP Pro a loooong time ago and its an exe file so I usually take one of those Dell Restore discs, clean install WinXP Home and don't even bother with activating. Then I'll install WinXP Pro on top of that and it validates each and every time. I guess if I knew how to convert that exe into an install file, I'd save ass loads of time.

I think this is the same method used with the Vista Upgrade trick but anyways... Tyrus, call Microsoft and tell them to reset your key or get ahold of WinXP Pro from someone since it seems no one has problems activating that.
