Controller issue aside, it would never happen. Xbox is a locked down platform and it would require a substantial fee to get any game on there. Since FF is a direct mod from the Source engine, that means licensing required on the part of Valve. Assuming they were fine with just a bundle of cash and didn't oppose it on intellectual property grounds, I guess you could actually get the game on Xbox 360, knowing it would flop because TF2 appeals more to that crowd + FF does not crossover well to a controller.
So yeah, it would take a lot of money for licensing fees AND Valve's approval for a game that would almost certainly flop. I mean look at the playerbase now and it's being given away for free!
