Last single player games I played extensively:
Crysis, Crysis:Warhead, World of Goo and Braid.
(highly recommend all of them)
Multiplayer:
Trackmania and Quake Live
(also recommended)
Braid was one I just finished and I've not played TM for a bit so it's pretty much just Quake Live now.
