HL2 has fixed the sticky problems, the dev's were talking about it somewhere. Displacements shouldn't cause any hassle.

Basic geometry is fine for a concmap, but at least put some effort into it using sources potential. Some rolling displacements would be nice, uniform lighting also and maybe even a decent theme!...
