Oaties demo suspected hacking in pickup game tonight
 

Care to elaborate?

8 of us played a pickup last night losi specs, oaties seemed to be wall hacking as hw guy.

I'm not surprised.

Skillet we need more information, like timestamps in the demo to see exactly where. Also is this your demo or is it his. If it is your demo its not going to be as useful.

Sorry I should have said, this is Losi's demo spectating oaties. I don't know the time stamps but there are many times he seems to track players thru walls, sometimes me losi said and one time as cloacked spy coming up from bottom of map. I think it is about 15 min long that is how long the pickup was. Maybe losi can chime in on what specific times and all.

The demo is 9 minutes long. I watched it all and the only suspicious part (around the 4 minute mark) was when a medic was coming from the top of the ff_phantom FR and oties knew he was there. I believe his teammate informed him via mic, but that's just my guess.

I watched the demo again with mat_wireframe 3. He didn't track any players through walls, at least in that demo.

How about when he kills the spy coming from below?

Yeah, Jay (m0f0) called out that the medic was coming top. The reason I saw him as a spy is #1 footsteps #2 You can see the cloak shimmer with movement.

Here is a short clip of oaties, near the end he prefires as hw at scout coming buttong (couldve possibly been given an incomming) but right after he starts shooting at the corner of the wall, and sure enugh a scout pops out.... watch and let me know what you think- though as soon as i said WOW, he immediately said 'what'.

should we be suprised? i hear this guy is one of Leadmines buddies... who not suprisingly is a member of myg0t.(this i dont have proof of, the logs are on an old work pc and i dont work there anymore)

Leadmine claimed he knew how to DDoS attack so... I asked him how he knew how, which he then explained he was a member of myg0t and asked me not to tell anyone... do I have proof? No.

Anyways, if you're looking for the 'fishy' areas of the demo I posted above, watch at around 11000 in the demo and you'll see oaties prefiring button way. Once the enemies are dead, he turns and shoots directly at the wall which so happened to have a scout right behind it... its pretty obvious. I then say "Wow" and he immediately says "What?" like he knew I was talking about him....

Judge for yourself.

PS - Oaties : quitting FF for a week or two isn't going to make people forget.... lol
