Can't stop jumping
 

I recently watched a demo and now when i enter a server it seems i can't spawn sometimes. And when i can i just keep on jumping.

Do demo's change the cfg or something?

-jump in console. Report it as a bug on Projects forum.

yes watching demo's changes your cfg, make your cfg read only and it wont happen
