Now we need one to collect Dark Matter quicker

Well right now, afaik, the properties of dark matter are rather unknown. It's still a lightly supported theory with evidence that points at it, but nothing to really grasp. Almost philosophical, but not to the extent of a supersymmetric based string theory.

that's exactly what i was thinking the whole time i was reading it.

i saw an interesting Panorama program about it, its on tv links if anyone wants to see it.

if i'd have carried on doing physics this year i would have been going on a trip to see it
