Old tfc videos
 

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask or if it's been mentioned in another topic, I've used the search function but nothing came up.

Does anyone know if there are any download sites that offer the quality version of tfc videos? In particular there was this one video by (I think) Genghis and/or Caesium that started with the music of Rob Dougan's Clubbed to death.

I used to have all those vids on my hardrive and burned them to DVD but when trying to watch them recently I found out the life expectancy of those things is even shorter than I anticipated.

I found some things like Make me Bad on some videosite but the quality was rather awefull.

I had a nice copy of the "TFC FOREVER" video, but I'm not sure if I still have it. I'll look around and let you know if I still have it. That was probably the best TFC video I've ever seen.

Yeah, that's the one. I downloaded a copy of that some years back, that was at a higher resolution than the youtube copy.

I would *LOVE* to see someone make a video like that, but with FF and TF2. :mrgreen:

The problem with that is that TF2 is actually also quite fast.

A bit of warning though, it seems there's a XSS attack on that site. Either through the counter, or through the gamespy ads. So have Noscript running (or your browser in some sandbox environment) and don't be logged in as admin).

new models are ugly as fuck but that video is pretty good lol.

I can't remember whether it's a skills or gameplay TFC video but at the start, like an intro, is a cool little bit of a medic concing his was forward "on his little mission". Looks like a 2D side-scroller. If I remeber right he is darkened out along with the rest of the scenery to give it the effect that it is in the distance.
