Avanti is in progress (see ff beta), but I have little to no time for mapping nowadays. I may release the source files if anyone wants to pick up where I left off.

I'll take nuclear, I would like to rework it a bit and change the format. I was thinking maybe making it a v.i.p. map. I have a few ideas.
there is one civi and he starts out with the key, he is guarded by one team and the other team has to kill him to get the key so they can launch the nuke. The civi can only hold it and try to stay alive. If he is killed the opposing team can then take the key and launch the nuke, the civi will respawn after he is killed and can get the key back if it is dropped. If the opposing teams is successful in starting the launch sequence the guard team can destroy the nuke by placing a det-pack in a certain spot.
Or the other way is the same format as hunted, only the civi can launch the nuke and the guard team must escort him to launch control, the opposing team can kill the civi to send him back to start or they can det-pack the nuke.
I figure redoing the map like this will make it less confusing, since the players won't need to wander through two of the same bases, and hope to find the control room, and also you won't need two players working together to launch the nuke.

There is a map that exists, f_oppose_b2, which is on east coast server that is effectively a remake of the TFC Map oppose2k1. Fat-suzy and I began very intro work on trying to port oppose2k1 and found this map shortly there after.

The map appears complete and seems to run with no issues other than a texture here or there and a few sounds not set up. Does anyone have any more detail on whether it has actually been released or who the author of the ff map is?

Someone did cru_volcano..... but there's a bug in it where players will spawn in random places they shouldn't. Never were able to track that down.

Dammit... who was working on that?

Anyway, we re-named it ff_deathdrop, because while it was inspired by cru_volcano, it has been updated for Fortress Forever.

I have the .bsp and .lua files if anyone wants to try and fix the issue(s).
